Due to new sony's check system. This method has been patched, i am truly sorry for i cant update it (cuz it got a new system)

Ctrl+Shift+I = Inspect element
Ctrl+F = Find a text in the source.
Put that text = "/liquid/external/forgot-password-verify-identity.action" not "/reg/account/forgot-password-verify-identity"
and change to = "/liquid/reg/account/change-password.action"
after press continue.
