converted to so many different firmwares rejailbroke the console and it still
wouldnt load a sprx.

If this sounds like you give this a try as its worked multiple
times for me i use Rebug 4.70.1 REX or DREX converted to DEX

I use Filezilla but you should be able to use multiman or a file manager.
go to Dev_hdd0 then go to tmp delete this directory completely
then make a new directory called tmp and put the sprx in it

now load up your game and your sprx should work
