Here is a banned console id. This console id does not even work if it is not banned on my unit.
Why? It is region locked in a way, CEX & DEX works different and some require an other region.

All you have to do is switch the 82 as seen above out for the console id for your region, it is really that simple!

Regions to change to:
USA - 84
UK - 87
DEX values to use if the above doesn't work: 86, 8c or 84
85 randomly works as well.

Never worked for me (Changed the 84 in Console Id to 87), Just whenever I click the sign up option so I can access the PSN It just says 'Connection to the server timed out'. Tried changing the 'Enviroment to 'np' in debug settings too, no solution.

If that is the error, the console id is not your problem. Check your connection and all that

the reason I said eg 87 was because 87 is for UK, if you are not UK then its going to be a different second byte. eg 85 84 86 etc depending on the region code on the label.

Im having the same issue. I have a fully DEX console in the US and still getting the error even after using rebug rex to spoof as a CEX console. Any thoughts?
