I am seeing quite a bit of pkg file and pkg folder issues so I thought I would make a thread for Possible Fixes to your problems.

READ The Arch Spoofer has been causing many users problems with their system and their package folder being able to work. If the spoofer has caused you problems I suggest uninstalling it and waiting for a new and stable one to come out

Make sure you un-zip(rar) your pkg files if they come in one of those.

Make sure they are on the root of your USB.

If they don't install make sure you have the right version.

Don't install PKG'S that specifically say that they are not for a specific firmware or for cobra.

Try Restarting your ps3 if you disabled CFW mode

Format your USB to FAT32 if there is not an option (for 64+gb Drives) get a free fat32 format-er from online.
