50$! on eBay surprisingly. it was an auction and nobody paid attention. i placed a bid and got i for 50. i still use it today and never had a problem!

The First one i bought back in 2010 or 2011 was off some site for £175 (Already Jailbroken)
But my current Jailbreak i bought in 2013 off ebay for £110 which was on 3.55 OFW and then Jailbroken it.
