Arachetous (aka ARCH) has released their latest PS3 4.80 Spoof Enabler / Disabler v1.21 for CFW users.
I take no credit for this, just wanted to make it easier for you, i keep seeing gamers complaining and asking questions about SEN Enabler(how to set it up and the best settings etc etc) so here you go, PSNPatch users get your butt back online!

Tested on 'REBUG 4.78.2 REX'

How to install and use:

• 
  
• Download and install the package file.
  
• Launch the application, choose your CFW version and then choose to Enable or Disable the spoof 4.66.
  
• Choose 'YES' for Hard boot next
  
• Done

Do we have to uninstall the previous 4.78 ARCH spoofer and if so how do we do that?

Yes, if you have it Enabled 'disable it' first then delete it.

I tried to find it on the Mod and Cheats forums (sorted it by Date to save some time searching ) but i got nothing, maybe he should've added some space between 4.78 and 1.20? anyway i "renamed" the file and re-uploaded it to Mediafire just in case the original got removed later (named mine Spoofme to dodge the search engines XD )

I installed and now my ps3 has black screen froze now wont display says no signal pls help

As it says at the app's screen (at the bottom) you need to reinstall your CFW in recovery mode, the origianl poster also said that some PS3's might go black and won't restart. just reinstall your CFW in recovery mode.
