Level 27/Max XP on gain: Use Netcheat to turn on and off (will make
enemies level 27/invincible if left on), add skill points then turn off
- skill points are infinite while on
- if you can't kill anyone for xp try reading a codex or book.
- this code is a bit funky and can seem like it wrecks the game, but it
straightens itself out, especially if you use a new EBOOT after saving
the results.

That's all for now, I have put many hours into testing and locating, I hope they work for others!

I edited EBOOT.BIN usig every code (one at a time) and none worked. First I used TrueAncestror Resigner to decrypt EBOOT.BIN and HxD to modify EBOOT.ELF, later I used make_fself to create EBOOT.BIN again, but when I tested it didn't work. Is there something I'm missing? Does this codes work with us version of the game BLUS30997 V1.09?

The eboots didn't work for me either. I also modded eboot.bin myself but none of the codes worked for me. Did I miss something? I used TrueAncestor Resignert to decrypt, HxD to modify the eboot.elf and make_fself to create eboot.bin again. Do this codes work with blus30997 v1.09? I'm in REBUG 4.81.02 on CEX.

I assure you the codes work on v1.09. Did you subtract 0x10000 from the offsets when editing them in a hex editor? Also, what doesn't work? Does the game boot, but the codes aren't active? Or is it that the game doesn't boot at all? If it's booting then it's likely the address you wrote the codes. If it isn't booting, then you likely resigned it wrong.
