This tutorial will learn you how to change the region of one game and thus his functions of use.
Indeed, a lot of french often find BLUS projects and they have to convert them in BLES to use it.
For done this tutorial you need a param editor and HxD.

At first reach the file of the game which you want to convert.
After open the file of the game [BLXXXXXXX] and localize the [PS3_DISC.SFB].
Then open this file by using HxD, come down to find [BLxS-xxxxx] and copy it.
Open again the file of the game [BLXXXXXXX], open [PS3_GAME], localize and load the [PARAM.SFO] with a param editor.
Change your ID as [BLES] or [BLUS] and save it.
Open a last time the file of the game [BLXXXXXXX], open [PS3_GAME] and then open [LICDIR].
Search the file [lic.dat] and open it with HxD.
To finish come down to find [BLxS-xxxxx], change yours ID and rename the name of the file by [BLES] or [BLUS].
