Just wanted to make a little Tut on how to change PS3 Games from BLES to BLUS and Vice Versa.
So Lets Begin!

1. Download the game you want, Will not link any torrents or sites, so google is your best friend.
We will be using Minecraft for this tut.
Here are the codes for minecraft - BLUS31426 (US Version) - BLES01976 (UK/EU Version)

2. Download the correct programs. (3 in total)

-- Param SFO Editor - You must login or register to view this content. - (Uploaded From My Computer)
-- PS3 Disc SFB - You must login or register to view this content. - (Uploaded From My Computer)
-- Hxd Editor - You must login or register to view this content. - (Official Site)

3. PS3 Game folder should look like this

4. Move the 3 files needed from the minecraft folder onto your desktop.

-- PS3 Disc File from the root of the folder
-- Param.sfo File from the PS3_GAME folder
-- LIC File from the PS3_GAME folder then LICDIR folder

5. Open Param.SFO editor

6. Then click then little black folder at the top then select your Param.SFO file from your desktop

7. Change the Title ID for your preferred region in the top white box then click save then exit

8. Next open PS3_Disc.SFB edit then click the 3 dots on the right side

9. Then find the PS3_Disc.SFB file on your desktop, Paste the new code in the white box, then click save then close

10. Open Hxd then click file then open and select the LIC.dat file from your desktop then click open

11. Once you click open, click search at the top then click find then enter the original code, Either BLES or BLUS then click ok

12. Once its found the code, highlight the code then right click 'paste insert' the new code (make sure you have the new code copied first)

13. Then click file then save (Not save as) then close Hxd

14. Then put the files back in the correct folders
-- PS3_Disc.SFB in the root of the folder
-- Param.SFO in PS3_GAME folder
-- LIC in the PS3_GAME then LICDIR folder


15. The use PS3 ISO Tools to create a ISO of the game, then either use FTP or split the ISO to fit onto a USB stick (Depends on size of game)
