I have seen many people got this error lately on Rebug and others Custom firmware. Failed to install Custom firmware, HDMI problem, Data corrupt, downgrading problem, failed to restore ps3 system, failed to restore default setting and so on.
Nobody comes up with right solution for this error until now

This problem is very easy to solve, i just help many friends who had this problem.
The main problem here is on Lvl 2 kernel.
Requirement :
*Pc
*usb drive fat32
*Cfw Habib starbuck cobra 4.81
* CEX you must be on CEX/REX


Download: 4.81 STARBUCKS COBRA v7.40

How to fix :
Before to do this, disable internet connection, cobra,webman, disable syscalls
* go to recovery mode*
* put Habib Starbucks cobra 4.81 comes with Lvl 2 package , on your USB and rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP
*Select System update
* press start select at same time
And Done,
after you have install Habib Starbucks cobra 4.81 cfw,
* update it to latest Rebug 4.81.2* REX
* swap cex to dex using rebug toolbox
*before downgrade uninstall ccapi first
