So, I Decided To Do This Because No One Had Posted This {As I Know Of}. Sorry If It Has Been Uploaded!

What You Need:

Ethernet Cable
CFW PS3
Access To Filezilla On PC/Laptop
Internet
A Brain!

Computer Setup:

1 - Go To Network And Sharing Center In Control Panel!

2 - Click On Change Network Settings So All Network Connection's Come Up! You must login or register to view this content.

3 - Right Click On The PS3 Connection And Click Properties.

4 - Left Click On Internet Protocol IPv4 and Click Properties You must login or register to view this content.

5 - Now Put In What I Have EXACTLY! You must login or register to view this content.

6 - Done For PC/Laptop!

PS3 Setup:

1 - On The XMB, Go To Settings>NetworkSettings And Go To This Directory: Custom>Wired Connection>Auto-Detect>

2 - Click Manual At First The Type IP As 10.1.1.2,
SubNet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Router: 10.1.1.0
Praimary DNS: 10.1.1.0
Secondary DNS: 10.1.1.10

3 - Click Automatic>o Not Use>Enabled, Then Press X To Save Settings!

4 - Go On MultiMAN and Go To Settings Tab, Find FTP Service, Click On It And Select Enabled(No Timeout)

5 - Finished For PS3!

Filezilla Setup:

1 - Click File>Site Manager And Create A New Site

2 - Use The Following Details:

Username: FTPD12345
Password: any pass you want
Port: 21
Logon Type: Normal

3 - Press Connect And Start FTP!

NOTES: I Do Not Know If This Still Works, I Tried Earlier But My Internet Is Aids!
