Yeah, more than before. But I'd label them leechers instead of modders. Most of the people who "mod" (leech) are just kids/teens who have really poor English. I have honestly not met ONE modder on a game who wasn't an absolute leech who thought he was a l33t h@xx0r because he has a CFW. I don't even mod games anymore, I only sell trophies on my CFW. It's nice to get games for free practically on PS4 from PSN cards.

yes there are plenty of people playing but majority of them are skids and booting modder rands

Yeah a lot on games like bo2 and gta but 95% of them will usually try to hit you offline or freeze you etc
