just change your active PS3ID in rebug toolbox to cex you will sign in then with no error

there's already several threads about this. and there are better ways in fixing the error message...

when you click change active PS3ID look at the numbers on use EID5: (CEX) mine says 87 go on webman setup scroll down to IDPS should have numbers in middle of the first box just change to what ever your number starts with should look like this 000000010087 or what ever your number is fix for life promise and once you done that you dont need to keep going in rebug toolbox just make sure its same cex number in PS3ID in rebug toolbox or it wont work
