No not all but there are some slim models which are jailbreakable

If its on 3.55 ofw then yes you can jailbreak it with a usb drive. but if its on Sony's latest firmware then you will need an e3 flasher to downgrade it to 3.55. Not all models are NOR so not all can be downgraded, here is a link to the models that can be downgraded.

All slim 200 series can be downgraded & some 250's
