I have downgraded the console several times, I heard that you can only Data Transfer on CEX which I have switched to although when I attempt to do the process, my OFW will sit on Please Wait whilst my CFW returns the Error “An Ethernet cable is not connected, or the PS3 system is not turned on.

I have turned the following off on both systems
- Internet Connection = Disabled
- Media Server = Disabled

If anyone could help I’d appreciate it

i could be wrong or maybe its been unpatched but i think this was patched
