but some people fix ylod ps3s and sell it and after 2 or 3 Months it will get ylod again

You most likely will be able to jailbreak it if its 3.55 or 3.41, but not that many people know that Sony patched the 3.55 and the 3.41 Firmwares on there site so that people would use those to downgrade (when possible) and upgrade from 3.41 to 3.55 and therefore would be unable to jailbreak again. So make sure you don't get a PS3 that has a patched version of the firmware on it, and don't trust download links for it unless it tells you its not the patched one (Most people just download them from Sony and upload it somewhere else in fear that Sony will remove the download on their site. So be careful.
