Do a barrel roll!
If you're on CFW, and have an ftp client installed on your ps3, you should be able to ftp it on over....

A 9 GB pkg? Holy shit, what is it? Also you can't use a FTP client for this, it will time out.

Surely you just put it on a usb, for big PKG's, i just put them on the root of my phone and then install as if it were from a USB Smile

Fat32 limit is only like 4Gb for a file ...I don't think ps3 can read NTFs either...

Yeah, I just dropped it onto the root of my phone and it worked fine :/ the file was approximately 900MB but the device was still able to be read
