PlayStation Network is offline for scheduled maintenance on Friday 18 January 2013 from 03:00 to 15:00 AEST.

During the maintenance, you will be unable to access the following services:

PlayStation Store on PS3, PSP and PS Vita
PlayStation Network Account Management
PlayStation Network Account Registration
Sony Entertainment Network services

In addition, you will not be able to sign in to PlayStation Network from au.playstation.com.

It may only be for certain countrys and differnt regions may get it at a later time. So if your wondering why some people are still logged in then check the status for your region.
