cant sync tropyhs they used on a another cid..check your global.conf and games.conf to look on wich cids they are used...because you say you used a another consoleid

I tested jakes tool personally, and it fails several times. If you decrypt the file and look into it, you will see random bytes changed.
To fix this just delete all "pfdtool.exe" on you pc and just keep the one into its folder.

Tool works fine for me, i had your problem but the new console id you sign on with needs to be in the global.confg, that's all can help u with dude good luck

It has been answerred for you. There is a file in with the Trophy unlocking tool called the "global.conf", simply open this file in Notepad++ found You must login or register to view this content.(Review note below). There is a place located in the file for the console ID, Replace your old one with the new one that you are using.

(Note: The only reason I say use Notepad++ is because I seen posts saying that editing it with wordpad/notepad can give errors in the program.)
