(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, there are many CFW's out there and i'm puzzled. What are the main differences between a 3.55 cfw and 4.40 cfw? Is 3.55 spoofed to 4.40 better than a 4.40cfw? Whats the best? Rogero, Kmeaw, Kakarotto or Silver Eagle?
Please explain it all in a noob friendly but detailed way, i will award people with vbux for the best answers.

If you have a newer firmware you dont have to have a modified eboot to play games that came after 3.55, and in my opinion if your going with a newer CFW, Rebug 4.31.2 with 4.40 spoof (for PSN access) is what i run, i love rebug firmware, but look around and see which one fits best to what you want out of your CFW. Its all about preference they are all good.

My opinion is Rebug because it's the easiest one to spoof the newest FW.
You can switch easily between CEX & DEX what is a big point.
3.55 CFW are older one's that have lesser options then the newer ones.
But the 3.55 CFW like KMEAW is stable. Spoofs for 3.55 CFW's are taking more time to release.
If there's a stable one 4.40 CFW it would be the best, but wait a little bit cause it will always getting better.

simply put through rebug toolbox, you can switch from CEX to DEX and vise versa
