Or it black screens and try updating my cfw and popping up a message saying, connect controller with usb and then says to press start and select to check for system update. So then I eject disk and restart ps3 and rebbots normally.
Any suggestion,advice, or explanations on why it happens and how I can fix it?

try deleting the game update then reinstalling it

Figured it out. I was using an old version if CCAPI that wasn't compatible with the games.

Issue Solved.
