I know about the dumps I have to make to switch CEX/DEX but my question is: when I'm on DEX can I access PSN with a CID like this; 00000001-0082000B-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX -- target ID being 82 (DEX)... or I can only access PSN with a CEX target (85 for example)?

I ask because my original PS3 CID got banned and I have two working DEX CIDs...

You can get on psn with Dex, target 82 is the default for Dex consoles.

I got two Dex ps3 i converted with target 82 & they get online fine

Take out the - and use console manager to change cid if your on cex

Or if your on Dex use ita manager or psid patch
