I was stuck on CFW 4.70 my QA flag got disabled some how but i did downgrade what i did i downloaded HABIB 999 downgrader then toggle qa.pkg then Kmeaw 3.55 then OFW 3.55 then rebug 4.65 so what i did i install the HABBIB 999 DOWNGRADER first in recovery mode then installed toggle qa.pkg and run that then Go to “Network Settings” (do not open it) then all at the same time, press the following key combo : L1 + L2 + L3 + R1 + R2 + dpad_down If the QA Flag was done correctly, you will see Edy Viewer, Debug Settings, and Install Package Files then i installed Kmeaw 3.55 then installed OFW 3.55 then installed Rebug 4.65 now i am still on Rebug 4.65 and not moving off that.

I would HIGHLY recommend going onto Youtube, watching a video of downgrading the same ps3 model as you have, so no mistakes are made during the process.

I was able to do it BUT for some reason after I installed Multiman and PS3rita, they won't load...

just make sure u have a good dump if u need help with it jus let me kno
do not give ur dump to anyone they can get ur cid from it

if its not loading or u cant access dev_hdd0 reboot in to system software mode & change debug settings

if ur installing multiman for the first time on dex it has to b a cex version of multiman
