How the issue occurred: so first of all i was on rogero 4.xx cant remeber then i was use rogero downgrade and install 3.55 rebug over it ....

I have tried to fix my issue with: so now i have try to install any CFW,OFW or DEX (D-REX) and it allways give me data corrupted error over recovery or normal doesent matter i also try it with and without QA toggle enabled and i convert to dex to see if i can down or upgrade from it but still stuck,... any help ?

Are you on CEX or DEX anyways here how I fixed my issue installing 3.55 OFW geohot or any CFW or OFW making sure its dex or cex

now im on CEX i just switch to DEX to see if i can downgrade or update from there but the same error...
geohot is working but i cant install OFW/CFW after that...
i also try to re-install CFW and some different downgraders

Maybe try formating ur USB Stick or Try Recovery Mode

i try it with my other usb-stick this usb 100% working cause i installed my other ps3 with this one....
i allways try recovery if normal not working but same error there just other code 8002F2C4

after changing hdd still stuck

the issue is over !!!
the reason was i changed my psid and my idps like 2-3 years ago too a inncorrect one in EID0 and EID5 that was the reason why i cant install any cfw/ofw or downgrader...
so i just changed it back to the original one and bam there we go!!!

when you said incorrect one did you mean a non valid one or just one from another console?

or did you put a 2 instead of your country number in the wrong eid memory region? making both dex?

the idps was a vaild one from a ofw but psid was like 555777425643 something like that i cant remember where i get it from...
