Would it be possible to install "PS3 ITA COBRA 4.65 v1.0.2" on a PS3 not equipped with a COBRA machine?

My PS3 is kmeaw 3.55. and My PS3 have not COBRA.

Providing that your PS3 is switched to DEX then yes, because ITA is a DEX FW. 4.65 adds COBRA functionality.
