I enjoy modding on any of my consoles be it PC, or last gen. I also don't mod on anything newer than cod bl ops 1. It has worked so far and seems to be my key to not getting a ban. As far as Cid goes. Im sure at some point they will eventually run out, and people will be forced to buy a new unit to just use that units Cid. I don't see that happening though.

Considering you don't really mod on PC you can't jailbreak your pc you just become the administer so wouldn't call it modding you bellend! And Na dout the cids will run out

The CID's have already run out. They are uniquely assigned to a ps3. There are no spare CID's only those from permanently broken ps3's.
