you will need a special pup made to solve this. a 4.70 with no bd patches syscon'd to 9.99.. unless you have an fsm dongle to hand?

you are on 3.55 now? you will be upgrading then. a qa toggle isnt needed. but you are now stuck on rogero downgrader. try installing the rebug 3.55.3 downgrader " REBUG_3.55.3_999_DGR_PS3UPDAT.PUP " it might have bd patches, i cant remember.

rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP and put it a folder called UPDATE in a folder called PS3 on a USB memory stick.
