When i try to install ccapi on rebug 4.70.1 rex i get error code 80010017. I have tried installing on dex and installing rev2 rev3 and rev4.. i get the error code every time. Could someone please tell me how to fix this?

Sounds like an eboot error. Make sure your eboot is for your firmware, you can try patching it in multiman
