When i was on CEX my nat type on bo2 was Open
but now i switched from Cex To Dex and now when i go on
bo2 my nat type is Moderate, is there any way to open
my NAT on dex? i tried tutorials on making a static
ip adress/opening ports but my dex ip is the 192.168.137.x
and i noticed it doesnt allow you to change the ".0" where the .137 goes.
Any help would be appriciated!

The NAT type is based on your connection to their servers, I believe so anyways. Since you are now connected through wired on DEX, it is possible that the device you have connected the ps3 has slow internet connection, or your Ethernet is limiting the speed at which it can reach. This may be due to poor wifi signal or old hardware.

As for your questions about x.x.137.x it's .137 because you're connected through a bridge on Ethernet connection I believe. Port forwarding should not be affected.
