Yes except for your intense 1337 hacking homebrew.
It will only reset non-jailbroken options. You keep all hacked .pkg's and that.
It's crazy, this is insane hacking. I hope we don't get arrested for communicating on the subject.

Doing a format on the hard drive will erase everything but the firmware. It won't remove your CFW, but acc's, saves, downloads, updates, trophies etc will be swept away. Only way to possibly lose your CFW is to install OFW.
