That's odd. Does that occur on the same game? Meaning when you play CoD Advanced warfare, does it show Moderate one day and Open the next day or does Advanced warfare show Moderate, then you go play GTA 5 and it says open? Just using those games as examples.

Yes same game, one day on bo2 it says moderate and other days it says open

Mine does the same thing.. I usually just have restart my internet turn on my console then let my internet come back up then power on the console. Usually fixes it.
