Yes! Don't do it, you can't change your Console ID anymore once you lost your jailbreak which means your console will be banned for ever. Just buy a new CID and you are good to go. Remember CID's are not allowed on NGU.

Yes, as already stated. If you do this, you will be screwed. Ultimately, you won't be able to change your Console ID anymore making you not able to get online; basically having a useless console.
