Update to 3.55 KMEAW CFW, QA FLag, then update to 4.70.1 Rebug.

You can't update to a DEX firmware if you're on CEX. Update to 4.70.1 Rebug CEX (REX) first.

Make sure you're using rebug REX as EliteGamer said report back here with what is happening with your issue so I can assist you further.

You can't install Rebug D-REX, install Rebug REX. Now you are on CEX. And then use this Tutorial to swap to DEX Smile

i followed the vid and i then i go to dump eid root key > ps3 restart then i go to Rewrite target ID in flash it says "please provide the following file and try again:
/dev_usb000/DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN"
what to do now?

Is the USB you're using, compatible with the PS3? Did the norbin actually dump to the usb?

i took the root key from RBGTLBOX2 and named it to eid_root_key and put it in dev_usb000 and it worked.. it's not in the tutorial Snail

now im on DEX both LV2 Kernel and Target Type what next?
