had the same problem wen they patched the spoofs. Try installing CFW from the hidden menu.

Turn off the PS3 then hold the ps3 on button until it turns off again. After it turns off hold the on Button again until it does a double beep it will sound like "beep beep" .
After that happens you will be taken to a menu and you can choose the option to install firmware and you can install the CFW from there.

Go back to 3.55 OFW and then install Rebug. From there, you can install ITA or remain on Rebug.

it doesent work it says corrupted data error (8002F169)

And in the Recovery Menu it wil say you need to update higher tha 9.99 ?:madsal:

I am not sure you can enable QA Flag on regero. But if you can it is for sure the issue.
