LMAO, just extract the file with WinRar or whatsoever.

You can't just rename a file to either a .bin or .rpf. You have to use applications to convert them like for .bin you have to decrypt it to a .elf using an EBOOT resigner and then use a make.fself to put it is a .bin.

I'm sure he is just trying to extract the .zip file to get the update.rpf and EBOOT.BIN :p
