Cheaper to get a E3 flasher but it it quite some hard work to Flash the ps3. I do recommend buying just the console instead.

Flasher, but it depends if your console is downgradeable. Even then it's complicated using the fucker.

Buy an E3 flasher and just follow some tutorials on youtube. That's how i did it when i downgraded a console the first time.

Get a flasher if you have the patients to do it. Or you could send in your ps3 if you have one and it's downgradable. An E3 flasher costs around $80.
