My console has a 120GB HDD but i want to swap hdds with my OFW 4.75 Super Slim as it has a 500GB hdd. Now will i be able to swap hdds with no problem? or will i have to downgrade to 3.55 OFW or change my rebug toolbox settings or even toggling QA? No trouble to swap hdd on any firmenware, u only need what ps3 say: reinstall last firmenware, if u on 4.70 Rex, swap hdd, reinstall 4.70, done.but no disc in ps3...

Ok but do i change anything in rebug toolbox? like my system mode i often switch from REBUG Mode and Normal mode. Also toggle QA in rebug toolbox. Im not sure as lots of rebug users say they must have toggle QA enables through pkg. Lastly should i disable cobra mode?

No, swap hdd reinstall cfw u will fine
Edit :if u swap cfw than u must toogle qa enable and install in normal mode

May i ask if your experienced with swapping hdd on Rebug? sorry im just making sure i dont mess up my Ps3 like last time lol.

no trouble, u only will become message your firmenware is corrupt, than reinstall

Ok m8 thanks but should i convert back to CEX as im not on D-REX. Im on REX converted to DEX

If u on dex just reinstall drex after u done swap hdd
