Go onto PS3ita manager and restore console ID, it may also say something about being in DEX mode or something and ask if you want to restore it as CEX hit yes. Then exit it and try again, this is what I have to do.

If your error code is 8002A224, then go to the Rebug Toolbox (install it if you don't have it) and spoof your IDPS to CEX. Otherwise use PS3ITA Manager v1.40 and use the option to restore your original console ID
