This just started happening, and I don't know why. It's formatted to Fat32, and I even tried it not formatted to Fat32 and it still doesn't show up. If you could help me out, i'd appreciate it a TON.

Only reads Fat32
Plug to the usb closest to disk drive
Put the pkg on root not folder
Try different USB

Also, when I rebooted my PS3 it said that an unknown usb device was connected, is that normal?

Try formatting your flash drive. It could be corrupted.
