(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I want to RTM on BO3, I need to go into Debug settings but there isn't an option for me, I'm currently on 4.76 rex, could someone tell me how to get debug settings, or tell me a good cfw/tool that I can use?

While hovering over Network settings, press these buttons: L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + L3 + DPAD Down.

Boot Mode _ System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug _ Single Setting

I don't have these settings?
how do I get them?
