As the others have said there isn't a 100% safe way to play online with a jailbroken system the best you can do is use PSNPatch and PSNinja to lessen your ban risk as well as not act like a complete tool online by abusing your mods in games like COD and GTA.

there is no safety on a cfw never play on your main account and make sure you dont overdo it on mods.
