What IP changed? Your internet IP or your PS3's IP? and a modder cant make your IP change.

And if you are console banned then more than likely all accounts on the ps3 at the time of the ban are permanently banned.

Your IP changed because your router/modem probably has a dyanmic IP which means it'll do that every so often and i would try a new CID and see if you can sign in then

Yeah again i say it's because your Router/Modem probably has a Dynamic IP on it so that's why it changed. It has NOTHING to do with a modder.
