I have a similar problem but my problem is I load the game and it just sits on a black screen is don't go past that

If you downloaded the game from a site and put it in you're mmCM it usually gives me a black screen too even though I do the settings, I usually just create ISO which then i load the game and it works for me.

In multiman for your games make sure gettings for each game is checked " Internal " and get something like irisman to load your games
