The game doesn't have a title just says bles02233 but I t does have PS3_GAME and all the other files that's how I can see the game but I took pictures of the files I just don't know how to send them here(on phone app because it's easier)

That's fine..you dont need PS3_UPDATE folder or contents..
fifa17 can be run in system software mode as well..
