You have to patch a valid bkpps3.bin. Drag and drop your patched dump into into PS3DumpChecker.exe and it should say your ROS0 and ROS1 is 3.55. Flash it to your NOR/NAND with your hardware flasher, plug in your BD drive, and downgrade with Rogero3.55Downgrader.PUP. Install QA Toggle. Then install to OFW 3.55. From there you can install any CFW of your choice.
