I'm using fine that tool.
I installed the latest CCAPI on my ps3 (2.70 rev 6) and control it using CCAPI 2.60 rev 7 on my laptop, as the rtm tool requires.

if your PS3 is on 2.70 and PC on 2.60 you will be able to use both libs (2.60/2.70)
