Post: debug hdd exchange utility no signal?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm trying to up my storage on my rebug cex when I click the debug hdd utility I just get a black screen my controller shuts off an won't resync I have to start back up in safe mode to get signal input new hdd is a 320gb old is a 120gb new hdd is formatted to fat32.
So my question is what can I do at this point I have 6 ps3 games 13 ps2 and 10 ps1 on the internal rebug cex 4.75.1 if I remember correctly if I did a back up then just threw my new drive in is that an option or what should I do in this situation

If you trying to change hdd, prepare and a usb stick with your cex cfw and replace hdd . Ps3 will ask you install system . Plug the usb into the left port and follow instructions on the screen

if u can get into recovery mode try reinstalling your Firmware

I'll try that when I get home idk if I still have my firmware on a usb or if I kept it on my computer if not could you link me to the download of rebug again thanks
