right off the bat i notice you are trying to install a DEX cfw over CEX..

Qa flag your ps3, on the downgrader You must login or register to view this content.

you should be able to go to the bottom of the second column from the left, and pressing (l1,l2,l3,r1,r2,dpad down altogether) should bring up edy/debug settings.

Then try to install a (CEX) cfw of your choice.

If you want to go to DEX, you will need to convert once you are on a rebug CEX cfw, higher than 4.65 (i believe)
