I go to my rebug toolbox and change the Active PS3ID to EID5: 84*(cex) and it works, but my system is banned
so I put in a new CID and the error code comes back, I repeat what I did and the error code wont go away even when I change
the Active PS3ID, I just wanna know if its the CID doing it or is it something else.. PLEASE HELP

set the cid with CCAPI or Webman, if CID is banned use a different one.
