ps3 might be red flagged.

I would change your IP and/or ps3 mac address (in case it is flagged..) and choose a more trustworthy way to acquire your cid(s)..

You can also try changing activePS3id in rebug toolbox..if that doesn't help then the cid is definitely banned..

Are you on ces or dex?
